We proudly offer Free Ground Shipping across the Continental United States, courtesy of our partnerships with the United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS). This ensures that each order is delivered efficiently and reliably.

International Shipping - Global Reach

In addition to serving our customers in the United States, we are thrilled to offer shipping to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, and other international destinations. International customers can now enjoy quick access to PureIllusion Crystalline air purification products, with orders shipped from our warehouse on the next business day.

The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. Shipments are delivered duty paid, which means there is nothing required of you regarding customs clearance, tariffs, or duties. We handle all aspects of customs behind the scenes, ensuring a seamless delivery experience to your doorstep, regardless of the shipping carrier chosen at checkout.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options, including next-day, 2-day, and 3-day services, are available to all our customers, both domestic and international. This ensures that you can receive your filters as quickly as needed, regardless of your location.

Realtime Tracking

After placing your order, it is sent to our warehouse for fulfillment. As soon as the shipping label is created, an automated email is dispatched to you with a tracking number. This email includes a link to the PureIllusion Tracking Portal, powered by Shippo.com, allowing you to monitor your order’s progress from our warehouse in Research Triangle Park, NC, to its destination.

Order Processing and Shipment Times

We prioritize efficient order processing, which includes picking, packing, and carrier scheduling, completed within one business day. This process operates Monday thru Saturday. Carrier pickup for orders occurs on the next business day, with delivery times dependent on the chosen shipping option.

Returns Policy

Returns are accepted if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of delivery*.  

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
